Session 1

The Great Work Shift

"How is HR work changing?"

Participants complete an AI Work Shift Assessment prior to the workshop and explore work being automated, work being augmented, work remaining human-led, and the changing role of HR.

Output: Future Work Profile

Session 2

The Capability Shift

"What capabilities matter most?"

Participants explore the Hi AI Capability Framework and complete a Future Readiness Assessment to identify strengths, risks and development priorities.

Output: Future Readiness Report

Session 3

Judgement and Decision Making Lab

"How do I decide well when AI is in the mix?"

Participants practice making sound, responsible decisions in complex, AI-influenced scenarios, weighing evidence, managing bias, and applying judgement where the answer isn't clear-cut. Focus areas include when to trust AI-generated recommendations, when to override them, and how to stay accountable for the outcome.

My Future Value Plan

"What will I build next?"

Participants create a Future Value Statement, a 90-Day Development Plan and Capability Commitments.
